Payment

The online store's payment processor is Klarna ( https://klarna.fi ). The Klarna Checkout service makes it safe and easy to make purchases. The online store's payment options include invoice, installment payment, online banking and credit cards.

Delivery and shipping costs

We use several different delivery methods in our online store. Delivery methods and prices may vary depending on the weight, quantity and dimensions of the product. Delivery prices can also be dynamically retrieved directly from shipping companies. Not all delivery methods may be available for all products.

You will see up-to-date information about the shipping price and the delivery methods available for your order at the online store checkout. The shipping costs of the selected delivery method are always added to the shopping cart amount. We will ship your order using the delivery method you have selected.


Delivery time

The delivery time for finished and small products is 3-5 days. Product manufacturing times vary depending on the product and all orders are processed in the order in which they are placed, therefore the delivery time may vary from 5-10 business days depending on the order quantity. We strive to start manufacturing the products immediately after receiving the order, but we follow the order in which they are placed. Any possible changes to delivery times will be announced in our online store and on our social media channels. Since wood is a living material, the product may differ slightly in appearance from the corresponding image.

Please remember that the delivery time is an estimate and we cannot be held responsible for any possible postal delivery delays. The delivery time is when the product leaves us. If you need the product on a specific day, we recommend that you contact us before placing your order so that we can check the availability of the product for that day mika.haantio@puuva.fi


Cancellation

Products ordered from the online store have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of order in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. This does not apply to personalized custom products. Exchange for another product is possible, however, we will not exchange the product for a cheaper product. For uncollected packages, we will charge the costs of packaging the product and postage. Never leave a package uncollected.

Before canceling an order, the customer must contact our customer service and inform them of the cancellation and the upcoming return of the products. Returns can be made for all or only some of the products in the order. The returned products must be unused, in their original packaging and free of defects.

The seller has the right to reduce the value of the product in part or in full if the products have been used, have defects, or are otherwise not in the condition in which they were sold to the customer.

The payment will be refunded in the same way as the order was paid for. For example, if you paid by card, the refund amount will be credited to the card. If this is not possible, another method of refund will be agreed upon.

Because wood is a living material, the product may differ slightly in appearance from the image.
