Puuva is founded by Mika Haantio. Mika is an experienced professional in the carpentry industry, where he has worked in both employee and supervisor roles. His passion for making things with his hands and making products led to the purchase of a laser cutter, which was originally just a hobby. This hobby quickly grew into a business. Mika is responsible for the design and manufacturing of products and the maintenance of the online store.

Sonja Haantio is the key person behind Puuva, responsible for social media management, customer service and quality assurance. She designs and creates ideas for some of our own products and implements orders according to our customers' wishes, bringing individual and personal solutions to each project. Sonja's versatile expertise and commitment to quality make her an irreplaceable member.
