Cancellation period

Products ordered from the online store have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of order in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. This does not apply to personalized custom products. Exchange for another product is possible, however, we will not exchange the product for a cheaper product. For uncollected packages, we will charge the costs of packaging the product and postage. Never leave a package uncollected.

Notification

Before canceling an order, the customer must contact our customer service and inform them of the cancellation and the upcoming return of the products.

Production

It is possible to return all or part of the products in the order. The products to be returned must be unused and free of defects. The seller has the right to reduce the value of the product in part or in full if the products have been used, have defects or are otherwise not in the condition in which they were sold to the customer.

Refund

The payment will be refunded in the same way as the order was paid for. For example, if you paid by card, the refund amount will be credited to the card. If this is not possible, another method of refund will be agreed upon.

Shipping costs will be refunded according to the price of the most affordable shipping method.
