
The collaboration resulted in unique coasters for Tecwill

Tecwill decided to order a batch of 200 coasters.
Originally the plan was to produce 200 coasters with one design, but as the project progressed, we realized we could create something even more special.
Design flexibility generates new ideas
During the design phase, the idea arose that the coasters could be in two different designs. This would allow for both a more diverse visual appearance and better branding. Tecwill's designer designed two different coaster designs that complemented each other and showcased the company's values and style from different perspectives.
Added value with a QR code
Once the designs were ready, we brainstormed together how we could improve the coasters. Tecwill came up with an insightful suggestion: add a QR code to the back of the coasters that would take you directly to the company’s website. This innovative addition brought a whole new dimension to the product – now the coasters are not only practical, but also serve as an interactive gateway to the company’s digital world.
Finishing and quality assurance
Before we moved on to mass production, we made prototypes for Tecwill to approve. The prototypes were treated with Osmo Top Oil, which gives the wood a beautiful, natural shine and effective protection against water and dirt. This finish ensured that the coasters would be durable and retain their appearance for a long time. The Tecwill team was happy with the prototypes, and we got the green light to produce a batch of 200.
High-quality and brand-supporting product
Once all the coasters were carefully crafted, they were delivered to Tecwill. The end result was a unique and practical product. Thanks to collaboration and open communication, a coaster set was created that exceeded initial expectations. Creativity and openness to new ideas can lead to results that are functional and innovative. Tecwill's coasters are an excellent example of how a single idea, a coaster, can also become a company's calling card.
