Customer gift planning
Share
Designing customer gifts is always an exciting process, as it offers the opportunity to combine creativity and practicality in a way that delights the recipient and strengthens the company's brand. When Helsinki-based Tmi Pietu Pennanen contacted us with the desire to receive personalized customer gifts, we knew we had a rewarding project ahead of us.
From ideas to implementation
Pietu gave us a clear idea of what kind of gifts he wanted to offer his customers. The goal was to find products that were both practical and brand-reinforcing. After some thought, we decided to develop a few different options that would stand out and be memorable to our customers.
The first thing that came to the design table were key chains. They are a sure and popular choice, but we wanted to make them more representative of Pietu Pennanen’s company. Next, we created a measuring tape that not only meets the requirements of practicality, but also communicates precision and professionalism. Finally, we designed a parking disc, which is a particularly handy and often needed item – the perfect way to keep the Pietu Pennanen name in the minds of customers in the midst of everyday life.
Adding a logo: Reinforcing your brand identity
Tmi Pietu Pennanen provided us with his company logo, which we added to each product. The placement and size of the logo were carefully considered, as we wanted to ensure that it would be clearly visible and would fit harmoniously with the overall look of the products.
Feedback from Helsinki
When the products were ready, we sent them to Tmi Pietu Pennanen in Helsinki for inspection. Although we were satisfied with the end result, we were anxiously awaiting the customer's feedback. Pietu Pennanen was very satisfied with the products and praised both the design and the implementation. The successful integration of the logo in particular was praised, and the quality of the products met expectations perfectly.
Results of cooperation
Tmi Pietu Pennanen received exactly the kind of customer gifts he wanted – practical, brand-supporting and carefully designed. At the same time, we gained another satisfied customer and valuable experience that we can utilize in future projects.
Designing customer gifts is always rewarding, but it's especially rewarding when the end result is this successful. We look forward to the next projects and new opportunities to create meaningful products that look like our customers.
